A late flight should not mean an empty curb or a chauffeur who has already left. Arrivals are tracked against your actual landing time, not the schedule you booked — 60 minutes of complimentary wait after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, measured from actual touchdown, timed from wheels down rather than from when you were supposed to land.
Departures are built with realistic margin. From the Barrington area that means roughly 23 miles and 35 to 45 minutes to O'Hare outside peak, longer between 6:00am and 9:00am, and we set pickup accordingly rather than to a formula.
Chicago Executive at Wheeling is the closer field for most of our clients at around 15 miles, and for private aviation it is usually the right call. We work with all three FBOs there, and with DuPage Flight Center at DPA. Midway, DuPage and Waukegan National are all served, and quoted the moment you enter your addresses.

Private Aviation
We meet private arrivals inside the FBO, not at a terminal. Chicago Executive (PWK) — Signature, Atlantic or Ascension. DuPage (DPA) — DuPage Flight Center. Your chauffeur is in the lobby before your wheels-down time.
Give us the tail number when you book and we follow the flight, so an early landing means the car is already waiting. Private aviation is booked hourly with a two-hour minimum.

$60, chosen when you book. Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name board, helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle.

Common Questions
What if I want the car to wait between stops?
A flat rate covers direct service from pickup to drop-off. If the vehicle is held in your service for more than two hours between pickup and final drop-off, the trip converts from the flat rate to hourly service and is billed for the entire time the vehicle is with you, at that vehicle’s hourly rate.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your end. We track the flight and the pickup moves with it. Arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, measured from actual touchdown rather than your scheduled arrival. Beyond the included window, waiting is billed at 25% of the vehicle’s hourly rate per 15 minutes: $30 for a sedan, $35 for an SUV, $52.50 for a Sprinter.
Which airports do you serve?
O'Hare and Midway as standard, plus Chicago Executive (PWK) and DuPage (DPA) for private aviation. Other fields on request.

There is no surge pricing — your fare does not move with demand. Pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM add $30, published on the rate card so you see it before you book rather than after.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at O'Hare?
In the designated livery lane on the lower level — the only place liveries are permitted to meet arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, and one rideshare cannot use at all. That pickup is included at no charge. If you would rather be met inside at baggage claim with a name board, add the Meet & Greet for $60 when you book.
