Some occasions do not reduce to a single pickup and drop-off — a birthday with three stops across an evening, a group heading downtown, a day that has to bend around a plan that is still moving. Charter reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for a set window with the itinerary set by whoever is riding.
The same chauffeur stays with the group for the full booking, so a change of plan mid-evening is a conversation rather than a new reservation. An added stop is expected, not a disruption.
Rates are the published hourly figures with a three-hour minimum — $120 an hour in an executive sedan, $140 in an SUV, $210 in the Sprinter — and everything is inside them: gratuity, tolls, fuel. Peak rates apply Friday from 5:00 PM to midnight and Saturday from 4:00 PM to midnight: $140 sedan, $150 SUV, $220 Sprinter per hour, with a four-hour minimum on the Sprinter during peak. Extra time beyond the booking runs at the same hourly rate rather than a penalty.

What counts as a charter booking?
Anything that does not fit a single point-to-point run — a night out with several stops, a group outing, a wedding, or a custom itinerary the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for.
Is there a minimum?
Three hours on charter bookings. Point-to-point transfers have no minimum and are quoted at the flat rate.
Can the itinerary change once we are out?
Within the reserved window, yes — an added stop or a change of plan is expected rather than a disruption.
What if we run over?
Additional time is billed at the same published hourly rate in fifteen-minute increments. There is no overtime penalty.
