The Fare

What is included, and the four things that are not

Gratuity, tolls, fuel and standard parking are included. There is nothing to settle with your chauffeur at the end of the trip, and no tip is expected. Flight tracking is included. There is no surge pricing — your fare does not move with demand.

Four charges sit outside the fare, and all four are published before you book.

Meet & Greet inside the terminal — $60

Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name board, helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle. Curbside pickup at the livery lane is included at no charge.

Pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM — $30

One published supplement, applied the same way every time.

Each additional stop — $20

Stops that take the trip well off route are quoted separately.

Child or booster seat — $30 each

Requested when you book. Illinois law requires the parent or guardian to install the seat.

These are choices made at booking, not fees. Most trips need none of them.

Distances are road miles from central Barrington. Rates from other pickup towns vary with distance and are published on each town page.

Hourly Charter

Hourly and as-directed service.
VehicleCapacityHourlyPeak hourly
Executive Sedanup to 3 passengers, 3 bags$120$140
Luxury SUVup to 6 passengers, 6 bags$140$150
Executive Sprinterup to 14 passengers$210$220

Peak rates apply Friday from 5:00 PM to midnight and Saturday from 4:00 PM to midnight. Hourly and charter work carries a three-hour minimum; the Sprinter carries a four-hour minimum during peak hours.

Three-hour minimum on charter bookings. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the window; added stops and changes of plan are expected.

What Is Included

  • Gratuity
  • Tolls, airport fees and standard parking
  • Fuel
  • Curbside pickup in the designated livery lane
  • Flight tracking on every arrival
  • 60 minutes' complimentary wait after a domestic landing, 90 after an international one

Waiting Time

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, measured from actual touchdown rather than your scheduled arrival — if your flight is late, we simply move the pickup. Beyond the included window, waiting is billed at 25% of the vehicle’s hourly rate per 15 minutes: $30 for a sedan, $35 for an SUV, $52.50 for a Sprinter.

When a Flat Rate Becomes Hourly

A flat rate covers direct service from pickup to drop-off. If the vehicle is held in your service for more than two hours between pickup and final drop-off, the trip converts from the flat rate to hourly service and is billed for the entire time the vehicle is with you, at that vehicle’s hourly rate.

Common Questions

Is the published rate really the final price?

Yes. Gratuity, tolls, fuel, airport fees, standard parking and flight tracking are all inside the number. The four charges that sit outside it are listed above and chosen by you at booking. Nothing is invented afterwards, and there is no surge pricing at any hour or on any date.

What is the hourly minimum?

Three hours for charter bookings, and four for the Sprinter during peak hours. Point-to-point transfers have no minimum — they are quoted at the flat rate for the run.

What if my trip is not on the rate table?

Call or send the pickup and destination and we will quote a flat rate for it. We serve all of Chicagoland, so most trips are simply not listed rather than unavailable.

Do you use surge pricing?

No. Your fare does not move with demand, and nothing is added after the trip. There is one published supplement: pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM add $30, shown here so you see it before you book rather than after.

How do you handle waiting time?

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, measured from actual touchdown rather than your scheduled arrival — if your flight is late, we simply move the pickup. Beyond the included window, waiting is billed at 25% of the vehicle’s hourly rate per 15 minutes: $30 for a sedan, $35 for an SUV, $52.50 for a Sprinter.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancelled 3 hours or less before pickup, the full fare is charged. Sprinter, wedding, event and multi-day reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup. Cancelled 7 days or less before pickup, the full fare is charged. A no-show is charged in full.
